Summary: I only picked this hotel because it was the only one available on a holiday weekend, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was definitely like walking into old world elegance. I kind of wish I had been able to stay longer, but I'll know about it next time. Every detail looked attended to and the grounds were gorgeous! I showed up quite late and the gentleman at the front desk greeted me by name since I was the last one to show up. Very nice.

Summary: This is a charming hotel with an excellent staff! The courtyard is lovely and the on site restaurant was delicious. There are other fine dining places nearby as well.

Summary: This was outside the city center so it was relaxing while still being a quick 10-ish minute walk to the metro to get to anywhere in Madrid. The staff were very friendly and even got a taxi ready for us for our departure. Would recommend and stay again.

Summary: The hotel is very comfortable, we had a great stay. The best was definitely the restaurant, we will return here to eat even if not staying at the hotel. The staff was very tentative. Totally recommend!

Summary: Nice clean hotel centrally located. Traveling to USA from Spain after being here since January. The staff were very friendly and accommodated my request. I will return here next time in Madrid and stay longer.
